Partridge, as he is known because of his close resemblance to chat show host Alan, is the clubs Romeo who spares no expense in wooing the ladies. Has a love of the theatre and has appeared in Mary Poppins from which he earned his alternative name Bert. Coming from Nagle stock, he is already beginning to show similar traits to his Uncle Stan in particular - an insatiable thirst (particularly for alcohol) - extreme bouts of tiredness (especially on late night trains) - severe memory loss (particularly with regard to mobile phones). Represents both Saturdays and Sundays in a wide midfield or attacking role but tends to miss half the season through holidays and sight seeing breaks. | |
