Dear Player, Official or Supporter,

LAUNCHING THE 100 CLUB MEMBERSHIP SCHEME

For those who were at our AGM it was quite apparent to all that the cost of providing football within the club is not in any way covered by our weekly match fees. Therefore in order to maintain our fees at existing rates alternative funding mechanisms were reviewed and the agreed route was the setting up of a club membership scheme.

You should have already been made aware of this by your managers, however for completeness I set out details of the scheme below:

SCHEME DETAILS

Membership of the scheme is compulsory to all signed on players who wish to be considered for selection on a regular basis.

The membership fee is £20 per season.

The membership fee is applicable to the person not the teams played for i.e. if you play Saturdays and Sundays you only need to have one membership.

Non-players may join the scheme and receive the benefits of being a member.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

You may be considered for selection on a regular basis.

As from December 2009 your membership number will be placed in a monthly cash prize draw.

As a member, on the presentation of your membership card, you will be entitled to a discount at various outlets or service providers e.g fish and chips, Indian take-away, osteopath etc. A list of all outlets and practitioners offering discounts will be maintained on the website.

PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES

To continue to be available for selection all players must have paid their membership fee to their manager by 31st October 2009.

All others who wish to be members should contact Nick Sargent on 07970926685 who will arrange your membership.
