As we are sure that by now you are all aware Pembury F.C. was founded in 1907/08 and is now 100 years old.
To mark this historic event the club has designated 2007/2008 to be our centenary season and we will be holding a series of events throughout the year in celebration.
A Centenary Committee has been established comprising Andy Rice-Tucker, Phil Craxton, Bill Baker, Denis Cole, Mick Waterman and Hugh Boorman and the committee will be responsible for organising the celebrations.
The first task of the committee was to establish a database of all those who have been connected with the club either as player, official, sponsor or supporter over the years. Hopefully, if you are reading this page and are a current or former associate you have been contacted. If not then let us know.
A diary of events has been put together and the details circulated to those on the database. It is anticipated that these will be added to as the year progresses.
Below is a diary with supporting details for each event click on the file to download and print if you need.
We hope that as many people as possible will participate in our plans to make 2007/08 a memorable year. We aim to make the events accessible to all by subsidising the cost of each event through fund raising. So please support us as best you can.
The committee will welcome any ideas that you may also have to mark the occasion so please do not hesitate to come forward with your views.
