Our run of poor results continued this week, but there was a lot more positives to take from the game, and apart from a wonder strike from 30 yards, and a penalty, there was very little to choose between the teams. In fact with some more clinical finishing we may well have taken something from the game.
We reverted back to a 4-4-2 formation, which every one was more comfortable with, with Browny playing sweeper and JD in the centre of the park. Alan Evans started his first game for us up front, and played well.
I cannot fault the effort put in by the 12 that took part, and am sure if we continue with this attitude, we can turn things around.
